You tell us what your family needs. We’ll search for options, verify them and come up with a personalised proposal. You book directly with the provider yourself, without an intermediary.
See your matches straight away
You’ll immediately see the five most suitable properties, along with a match score, and can choose the package that suits you best.
Get advice
We will check your proposal manually and send you the names, the checklist for each accommodation and the booking links.
Book your trip
You book directly with the provider yourself, via the link in your advice. Where we have arranged a discount, you will receive a discount code to use on the provider’s website.

The score adapts to your choices
If you enter fewer requirements or preferences, we’ll adjust the score based on what you have actually specified. If a property meets all the criteria that are important to you, it will always score 100 per cent. This ensures you get a fair score, regardless of how many details you enter.
You’ll always see five options
We always show the five highest-rated properties in your chosen destination. Even if the ratings are lower, as they’ll still be in the right area. It’s up to you whether you want to proceed with these or fill in the questionnaire again.
We are not a travel agency
Vilou Travel is a travel advisory service. You pay us for the research and verification, not for the trip itself. You book and pay for your accommodation directly with the provider, via the link in your advice.
Authentication based on host information
We check the items on the checklist and, where possible, have them confirmed by the accommodation provider itself. Our verification is based on the information provided by the host. If, upon arrival, you find that something is different, please do let us know, but we cannot be held liable for this.
