In brief

• Vilou Travel is a travel advice service, not a travel agency or tour operator. We search for, review and verify accommodation; you books directly themselves from the provider via the link in your advice.
• The agreement for the advice comes into effect once you have placed and paid for your order. We will provide you with personalised advice by email.
• You have a legal right of withdrawal 14 days. As we often provide the advice within that timeframe, we ask for your consent in advance so that we can get started; the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the advice has been provided. See the page Withdraw from the contract.
• The stay itself is the responsibility of the accommodation provider. Vilou Travel is not a party to the booking and is not responsible for the provision of the stay.
