Statutory right of withdrawal

Withdraw from the contract

You entered into the contract with Vilou Travel online. Consequently, the statutory right of withdrawal applies, with a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date the contract was concluded.

Good to know

When placing your order, you agreed that we may begin providing the advisory service even during the cooling-off period. Consequently:

  • Notify us of your withdrawal before Once we have sent you personalised advice, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the advice has already been sent to you, the service has been provided and the right of withdrawal has lapsed; in that case, there is no right to a refund.

In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your notification at the latest.

How do you cancel?

There are three ways to revoke your consent. You do not need to use all three; one is sufficient.

  1. By email to info@viloutravel.com, stating your name and reference/order number.
  2. With the statutory model withdrawal form (see below). This is not compulsory, but is always permitted.
  3. Via this form/this page on our website.
